What is Artifacts Gallery?

Artifacts is a locally owned gallery and gift shop located in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis, specializing in fine American craft. Since 1977, we’ve featured a curated selection of handmade jewelry, ceramics, glass, wood, metal, textiles, and more from over 300 North American artists.

Where is Artifacts located?

We’re located at 6327 Guilford Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220, in the heart of the Broad Ripple neighborhood. You’ll find us among other locally owned shops, restaurants, and galleries.

What kind of products do you carry?

We carry a wide variety of handmade, American-made products including artisan jewelry, ceramics, glass art, wooden items, home décor, textiles, and mixed media pieces. We also feature a special selection of items made in Indiana.

Are all of your products handmade?

Yes! Every piece in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans from across North America, ensuring one-of-a-kind quality and craftsmanship in everything we sell.

Do you carry work from local Indiana artists?

Yes, we are proud to support local artists and carry a variety of products made in Indiana, including jewelry, pottery, prints, and other handmade goods.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift certificates that make a perfect present for any occasion. You can purchase them in-store or contact us for more information.

Do you accept custom orders or commissions?

In some cases, our artists are open to custom orders. If you’re interested in commissioning a piece, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to connect you with the artist and assist with the process.

Can you help me choose a gift?

Absolutely! Our staff loves helping customers find the perfect gift for any occasion. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, anniversary, or just because, we’ll guide you to something truly special.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is street parking available near the gallery as well as nearby parking lots throughout Broad Ripple. We recommend allowing extra time during busy weekends.

How often do you get new inventory?

We receive new items regularly throughout the year. Our inventory changes frequently as we discover new artists and receive fresh work from our current makers. Stop by often to see what's new!
